CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Eight Pagans Motorcycle Riders Club has pleaded not guilty to charges in the indictment of a sweeping federal racketeering.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Mary Stanley ordered three men on bail Wednesday. Court records show that five more were ordered, a hearing is in progress.
