For a DVD recorder to record widescreen tv does it need an in built digital tuner? - dvd recorder digital tuner freezing problems

Cause I have a DVD recorder without a digital tuner and can record widescreen, and it would start with a widescreen TV tuner.

A DVD recorder simply records what the signal box. The big screen is a product of the adaptation of the tuner, but not necessarily fit all tuner. In other words, you must receive a capacity, wide-screen tuner .... such as TiVo!

Hecticguy Total Hola!

A DVD recorder records the signal was fed into it. If the screen is wide, it is saved, but it is possible that the bar at the top and bottom, like you, if you play a movie in full screen mode on a normal TV set.

If you do not register, check the folder you created. You can not, or a bad connection.
